Aflac And Pregnancy Leave

Today I did something I think I'll remember for a lifetime. Several days ago I've been running, like everyone else due to work, and in a bad mood. As those who know me know how I can get to me ... basically unbearable.
Like any other day in my company, I got to go to a course of management. These courses usually one is with friends or colleagues several familiar faces who shared time with you in some other sector of the company.
During a break, particularly after lunch, I head out for coffee with another manager and chat a while, killing time until the time that the session will resume its course.
The manager is a person with whom we shared a number of courses, meetings, presentations and other activities, but unfortunately I never touched the opportunity to work with him.
During the talk we discuss a number trivial matters. As I wait for me, I began to talk about IT, computers, free software, and all the things I love.
At one point we were discussing the administrators and systems support and expertise of everyone in that topic. During this talk, coffee in between, this person stops and says "I'm going to comment a saying that I was told once" , looks at me and says "Good managers are those who always see sitting on their desks. Bad managers are those you see running in the datacenter from one computer to another putting out fires ... you know why? .. for the first time were taken to automate everything and focus on more critical tasks and generate value " ..... I stop short and say "I was told THAT MY MENTOR WHO WERE MY LONG AGO !!!!" .... he continues to talk and says " know who told me to me?" .... and say "I have no idea" ... He looks at me and tells me "Were You"
0_o I'm speechless and say .... "like me? ... When? " ...
He begins to tell me that a couple of years he had attended a course dictabamos with my great friend Heber Herrera for all those who need a little more knowledge in IT and over a long period we had the opportunity to make this course many people ... among whom was the manager.
Now ... ... I always wondered when would the fruits of my success? I have done something? get someone else to some university students who are forced to listen to Diego, Cris and me ???.... or more basic yet ... get to someone?? besides the love of my life, Lali \u0026lt;3 At night, once at home I can reflect and conclude that, definitely, I'm beginning to see the achievement of my fruit.
